1. Agreement to Terms

2. Use of Services

You may use our services only if you can form a binding contract with Xcreative.AI, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. When you create your account, you must provide us with accurate and complete information.

3. Content

You are responsible for the prompts you provide to our services. You retain ownership of the prompts you create. By providing prompts to our services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such prompts in any and all media or distribution methods.

The content generated by our AI ("Generated Content") is owned by Xcreative.AI. We grant you a license to use the Generated Content for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions in these Terms.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or invasive of another's privacy.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
